The fonts contained in this archive are Freeware.
No payment is required for the use of these fonts. They're free!
Commercial use? Sure, but a donation or a product sample would be
appreciated.

$40 US is the usual amount per font for commercial use but any amount is appreciated.

I make all the fonts (over 275 of them) on my web page and they're all free.
I offer Deluxe versions of some of my fonts for sale. They contain several
weights and styles of each font. Just click on the Deluxe button at Larabie Fonts to see them.

The page is called Larabie Fonts
It can be found at various mirror sites.

I've provided the world with over 275 free fonts,
so if you'd like to make a donation I'd be more than happy to accept it.

No donation is too small! Music and artwork are good too.
If you have some CD's you're not listening to anymore, send 'em along!

Send anything at all to

If you decide to send a cheque (that's how we spell it in Canada)
make it payable to Ray Larabie. If you want to double check the address
have a look at the donation section on any of my webpages.

Canadian or US funds? Any funds are fine with me.
Whatever's easy for you.

Windows Install
After you have downloaded the ZIP file, use an unzip program to extract the fonts. If you don't have such a program, try Winzip or if you want a free one, try EasyZip.
Take the extracted font (A True Type font) and put it in the c:\windows\fonts folder. The font will install automatically. After the font has been installed it will be available in any program that lets you choose a font. You can throw the ZIP file in the recycle bin after you're done.
Warning: Don't unzip fonts directly into your c:\windows\fonts folder. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Don't do it ... it's bad. Not bad like Michael Jackson bad, I mean actually bad.
Can't install anymore fonts? If the number of fonts you have install is getting close to a thousand then you should seek counseling! :-)
Mac Install
All files are encoded and compressed.
You must have STUFFIT EXPANDER 5.1.2 (or better) to expand them.
Some of you are using Stuffit Expander 4.5 which is what came with your browser or your computer. This WILL NOT WORK.
STUFFIT EXPANDER 5.1.2 is available for free from www.aladdinsys.com.
It is a small download and is compatible will all versions of the MacOS better than 7.5
If you still can't figure it out, try emailing Davey Debus might be able to help you out. He does all the Mac conversions for Larabie Fonts. If you need some fonts converted, he's the man for the job. Check out his home page and his fonts at bombhaus.com.
